Import of Calibration Data Files¶
The addin RS_CALIBDATA is an import filter for UniPlot to access all calibration data from the following file formats:
DCM (V2.0 - V1.0 not supported)
PACO
With this addIN you will be able to load, analyze and plot your calibration data in UniPlot. This will allow you to compare your measured data with the expected behavior of the calibration.
Note
The addin is a beta version.
Installation¶
Choose Tools=>Add-In Manager.
Check the Calibration Data file import addin.
Choose OK.
Usage¶
Choose File=>Import Data to select a Dataset file.
Choose Type
"Calibration Data File (*.dcm;*.DCM;*.PaCo)"
.Select one or more Calibration Data files.
To plot the Calibration information : Choose the Type
Calibration Plot (1D, 2D, 3D)
. If you select this type UniPlot will do the following :Label Type
Action
Single Value
- UniPlot offers to plot:
a single point
an X line threshold
a Y line threshold
An axis
Plot a 1D y/t line
A calibration line
Plot a 2 x/y line
A calibration table
Plot a 3 x/y/z surface
An equivalent function to display the numerical values in table is available using
Calibration Table (1D, 2D, 3D)
.
In all the cases UniPlot will find automatically the related axis thanks to the information provided in the dataset. For best results, try to always export your axis within the dataset.
Example¶
Here is a preview of what can be done with a DCM.
