Tools=>Update Formulalist

Compiles all IC files in the formula directory, creates ICL files (libray) and loads all formulas from the ICL files.

All formulas in the directory are saved in one library file. The file name is formula.icl9 and the file is saved in the formula directory. In older versions a library file was created for each source file (.ic) with the extension .icl8.
