Toggles between fullscreen and window mode.

Shortcut Key (switch on): :kbd:`Ctrl+F11`

Shortcut Key (switch off): :kbd:`Ctrl+F11` or :kbd:`ESC`

Toolbars can be displayed in the fullscreen mode. The settings will be saved
in the windows registry.
