File=>Save As
-------------

Saves a new file or a new version of an existing file.

The saved file will appear on the monitor.

To save a file, follow these steps:

*  Choose **File=>Save As**.

*  Choose the drive and directory.

*  Choose the file name or enter the file name in the **File Name** field.

*  Click OK to save the file.
