:ref:`poly_triangulate` computes a delaunay triangulation.

**Return Value**

*rmTriangles* is a matrix with three columns. Each row contains the indices of
a triangle. In case of an error *rmTriangles* is a string vector with two
elements. The first element is an error code, the second
element is the error text.
