File=>Save As

Saves a new file or a new version of an existing file.

The saved file will appear on the monitor.

To save a file, follow these steps:

• Choose File=>Save As.
• Choose the drive and directory.
• Choose the file name or enter the file name in the File Name field.
• Click OK to save the file.
