What’s New in UniPlot 3.1.2

This page describes the changes made to UniPlot 3.1.2 since UniPlot 3.1.1.

New Features

• The Event Viewer Window can now be docked to the frame window at the top or bottom edge.
• Channel names can be sorted alphabetically. Click the Option button in the Import dialog box to switch on sorting.
• The page number can be displayed before the page name. To switch on this option, right click on the page name tab and select the command Show Page Numbers.
• New function to load text ($-placeholders) from a data file. See Diagram=>More Diagram Functions=>Read Text for Placeholders from File.
• New function to create stacked diagram templates (diagrams with multiple y-axes). See File=>More File Functions=>Create Diagram Template.
• New Addin to load IFILEs. IFILEs are created by INDIMAST, INDISET of AVL List GmbH, Graz-Austria. To install the addin choose Tools=>Add-In Manager.
• New Functions: XYShow, XYIsVisible, XYZShow, XYZIsVisible, GetLocaleInfo.
• Changed Functions: PageSaveAsMetafile, auto_ReplaceTextFromNCFile.

Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed:

• The Excel Function =HYPERLINK(“c:Sample.ipw”) did not work. If the hyperlink was clicked the document opened but it was not possible to select a page by clicking on the page tab.
• MDF-Import filter (VS100/INCA). Sometimes an error message was displayed even if the file was ok.
• Sometimes a UniPlot document with multiple pages could not be embedded in other applications.
