LayerSetAxisDateFormat¶
LayerSetAxisDateFormat sets the date/time format for the axis label.

bool = LayerSetAxisDateFormat(hLayer, ssXYZ, ssFormat)
Return Value
If the function succeeds, the return value is TRUE (1); otherwise it is FALSE (0).
